Immediately after payment, you'll be directed to complete your Brand Discovery Form — a detailed questionnaire about your business, audience, goals, and personality. Once submitted, our team will schedule your 30-minute strategy call (included in Elevate and Elite plans) and begin crafting your blueprint.
Delivery timelines depend on your chosen plan: Spark (~5 days), Clarity (~7 days), Elevate (~10 days), Elite (~5 days priority). Timelines begin once you've submitted your Brand Discovery Form, not from the date of payment.
The Brand Discovery Form is a detailed questionnaire you complete after purchase. It covers your business background, target audience, brand goals, personality, current online presence, competitors, and more. This form allows our strategists to deeply understand you before crafting your blueprint.
The 30-minute strategy call is included in the Elevate and Elite plans. It helps our team clarify details and ensures the blueprint is perfectly tailored to you. If scheduling is difficult, you can communicate via the built-in chat on your order page instead.
